We're currently recruiting for a Housing & Support Coordinator to join a supportive organisation on a permanent, full-time basis.

📍 Location: Surbiton, KT6 4NG

💰 Salary: £36,240 per annum

📅 Job Type: Full-time | Permanent

About the Role:

As a Housing & Support Coordinator, you'll support individuals to maintain their accommodation, promote independence and improve their wellbeing.

🔹 Create and manage personalised support plans

🔹 Provide housing and tenancy support

🔹 Support clients with benefits, healthcare and employment

🔹 Work with external agencies and partner organisations

🔹 Maintain accurate records and contribute to service improvements

🔹 Respond effectively to challenging situations and crises

What you'll need:

✅ Experience in housing, supported housing or support services

✅ Strong communication and organisational skills

✅ Ability to work with vulnerable individuals and promote independent living

✅ A commitment to delivering person-centred support
