Partnerships & Accreditations

Working Together to Make an Impact

Strong relationships are at the heart of everything we do—whether that’s supporting our clients and candidates or working alongside organisations that are creating real, lasting impact in their communities.

We’re proud to partner with like-minded groups that align with our values and help drive positive change. Our accreditations also play an important role in making sure we’re managing our business in the right way, giving recognition to the standards we uphold and the responsibility we take seriously.

Accreditations

Recognising the importance of doing things properly, we pursue accreditations that reflect our values and help us stay accountable. These benchmarks not only show we’re meeting key standards, but also guide us in building a more inclusive, secure and responsible business.

Disability Confident Employer

We hold the Level 2 Disability Confident Employer Certification. This certification is a reflection of our unwavering dedication to promoting inclusivity and ensuring that every team member, regardless of their physical or mental abilities, feels valued and supported.

Sustainability

We’re ISO 14001 accredited through the International Register of Quality Assessed Organisations (IRQAO), which recognises our commitment to effective environmental management. As part of this, we publicly report on our environmental performance and take a strategic approach to reducing our impact and operating more sustainably.

Cyber Security

We joined the Cyber Essentials scheme to demonstrate our commitment to the protection of our customers' sensitive information. Our certification underlines our dedication to the security and privacy of our customers, and helps us stay ahead of the curve in terms of cyber security best practices.

Equality Assured

As testimony to our commitment to diversity and inclusion, since 2011 we have participated in the Equality Assured Certification programme to continually strive to better our equality, diversity and inclusion.

Our Partnerships

We’re proud to work with organisations that share our passion for making a real difference. These partnerships help us extend our impact beyond recruitment and contribute to positive change in the communities we care about.

Black Leadership Group
Employers Domestic Abuse Covenant (EDAC)
Youth Group
Black Leadership Group

We are committed to creating inclusive, anti-racist, and equal working environments. In 2021, we become the first private sector organisation to affiliate with the Black Leadership Group. Through this partnership we completed the Black Leadership Group's 10 Point Plan Diagnostic Toolkit, which includes conducting a thorough audit of anti-racist practices and participating in relevant training.

Employers Domestic Abuse Covenant (EDAC)

Morgan Hunt is proud to be a member of the Employers Domestic Abuse Covenant (EDAC), a Government-backed initiative supporting women affected by domestic abuse to re-enter the workforce.

With domestic abuse-related crimes on the rise, our membership is a commitment to offering training and employment opportunities to women who have been victims. By partnering with EDAC, we aim to raise awareness and foster important conversations about domestic abuse within the workplace, helping to create a supportive environment for those impacted.

Youth Group

Morgan Hunt is partnered with Youth Group. Youth Group is an organisation which provides youth-first solutions, products, and services. These services aim to create action, jobs and impact young people in a positive way. As a recruitment partner we are a strong supporter of engaging younger generations and preparing them for the world of work, so we have pledged our time and resources to support the group's initiatives.

Awards

Our commitment to social responsibility and sustainable business practices has been recognised through several awards:

  • Innovation Award at the TIARAs 2024
