"Having been the chair for a considerable number of years I decided that it was time to resign and to find a new chair that could help get the organisation into its next phase of development. In conclusion we did find and appoint an exceptionally good replacement who both the chief executive and I are extremely pleased with, we could not have found such a good replacement without this support.
