We’ve built a training programme tailored to the career pathway you choose – from in-depth workshops on recruitment specialisms, to 1-2-1 leadership coaching to help you step up into management and guidance from our experienced management team. Whatever your goals are, we’ll help you reach them.

Performance is important, but we care most about results and enabling you to achieve them, so we don't evaluate our people through aggressive KPI tracking.

Annual Leave at Morgan Hunt

We know time off is just as important as time on. That’s why we offer a generous annual leave package designed to give you plenty of space to recharge and enjoy life outside work.

Our offices close over Christmas to give everyone a proper break. Plus, you get your Morgan Hunt birthday off — a special day just for you to celebrate however you like.

If you want a bit more time away, our holiday purchase scheme lets you buy extra days to top up your leave whenever you need it.
