Pay Rate: £14.50 per hour + Holiday Pay (HP)

About the Role:

We are currently recruiting for a Support Worker to join a busy service in West London on an ongoing temporary basis. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who is proactive, reliable, and able to integrate quickly into a fast-paced environment. You will be providing practical and person-centred support to service users, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing 1:1 support to service users
• Assisting with benefits applications and claims
• Supporting with housing applications and related documentation
• Undertaking practical support tasks, including domestic duties such as laundry
• Helping maintain the day-to-day operations of the service
• Covering the operational support line during staff absence

About You:

• Comfortable working in a hands-on, practical support environment
• Reliable, adaptable, and able to hit the ground running
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• No requirement to complete formal support plans
