Project Coordinator
Morgan Hunt is currently partnering with a leading, prestigious membership body based in Central London to recruit a Project Coordinator for Committee and Campaign Support. The successful candidate will play a key role in providing strategic, operational, and administrative support for critical policy and standards functions, ensuring the smooth operation of committees, as well as managing consultations, surveys, and endorsements. This is a temporary 7-month position, offering a flexible working arrangement with two days in the office and three from home, at a rate of £22.40 per hour (umbrella).
The Project Coordinator will be Responsible for:
- Coordinating meetings with multiple stakeholders, including scheduling and distributing agendas and meeting papers in advance
- Accurately recording minutes and action points, ensuring timely follow-up and assignment of actions to the relevant staff
- Providing essential administrative support to members, patients, and carers as required
- Collaborating with the Senior Policy and Standards Manager to manage incoming survey and policy endorsement requests, ensuring they are logged, triaged, and responded to promptly. Acting as the first point of contact for these requests
- Assisting the Senior Policy and Standards Manager with managing consultation requests, ensuring they are logged, triaged, and responded to efficiently, and tracking the outcomes to assess impact
The Project Coordinator will be responsible for:
- Proven experience in a project officer or management role, with a strong understanding of project management tools and methodologies
- Previous experience working within a membership or regulatory body
