IT Operations Associate
Location: Canary Wharf, London (Hybrid - 1-2 days in the office per week)
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum (dependent on skills and experience) + benefits
About the Role
We are seeking an IT Operations Associate to join a respected regulatory body and play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of IT services. In this role, you will drive the implementation of IT strategies, foster collaboration across teams, and champion the adoption of Microsoft 365 products. You'll also work closely with senior leaders and suppliers, ensuring compliance with procurement processes and maintaining strong vendor relationships.
This is a fantastic opportunity to combine technical expertise with problem-solving, leadership and admin duties, shaping the future of IT operations within a dynamic organisation.

Key Responsibilities
- Engage effectively with internal stakeholders using tools such as the intranet and online workshops.
- Support the rollout of Microsoft 365 products to enhance user and business efficiency.
- Identify IT training needs and collaborate with Learning & Development teams to provide solutions.
- Manage supplier purchase orders and invoices, ensuring timely processing and budget reporting with other general admin duties.
- Maintain strong relationships with IT suppliers, ensuring timely renewals and upgrades.
- Promote IT policies and best practices across the organisation.
- Uphold a strong commitment to equality, diversity, and inclusion.
Skills & Experience required:
· My client is looking for candidates with experience such as:
o A Senior Administrator (working with POs, Invoices, SLAs, etc) with an interest in IT.
o An IT Trainer (in a non-technical capacity) with strong organisational experience.
o A non-technical Business Analyst.
· Must have strong organisation skills.
· Collaborative attitude, as you will be working with multiple teams within the organisation.
· Stakeholder management
