Erinne is a finance recruitment consultant at Morgan Hunt, where she has been working since April 2025. She specialises in supporting public and third sector organisations, with a particular focus on finance roles within housing associations, charities and other mission-led bodies.
Erinne works across senior and specialist finance appointments, including Finance Managers, Heads of Finance, Finance Business Partners and interim leadership roles. She partners closely with executive teams, boards and HR leaders, supporting them to think through finance capacity, structure and succession alongside immediate recruitment needs.
