This is an exciting opportunity for an immediately available HR Generalist to join a leading UK Not for Profit organisation.


Reporting into the Deputy Director of People you will use your HR Business Partner skill set to deliver people related solutions through tailored HR and OD interventions. Your key responsibilities will include:-

• Supporting and enabling colleagues through professional advice, guidance, coaching support and training solutions
• Designing and delivering a range of People/OD strategies
• Supporting complex employee relations cases or tribunal claims as appropriate
• Building relationships with the organisation's key stakeholders and joint unions

You should be an HR Business Partner or an HR Generalist with a strong knowledge of employment law ideally gained in a complex not for profit or pubic sector organisation. Experience of resolving challenging employee relations issues needs to be combined with strong stakeholder management skills and a track record of influencing at all levels.


Our client has offices across the UK including London, Birmingham, Manchester, Newcastle and Glasgow. The role has an excellent hybrid working model.
