Repairs Contract Administrator - Didsbury or Oldham

Morgan Hunt currently require a Repairs Contract Administrator for Housing Trust based in Didsbury or Oldham on a Temporary basis
Pay Rate : £13ph PAYE + £1.56 WTR = £14.56ph
Hours :35 hrs Mon to Fri - 8am to 4pm.
Location : Didsbury or Oldham
Duration : 3 to 6 months on going contract

Duties

This is a new role within the team as an extension of the current planning officers, the role will involve providing administration support to the Repairs Team, raising approved repairs to subcontractors, updating system records, data entry, updating spreadsheets and supporting the Planning Team with day to day business operations.

Ideal candidate would be well organised, ability to multi task and prioritise, computer literate, reliable and strong communication skills
