🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging face-to-face teaching across Business programmes.

• Plan and deliver high-quality lessons that meet curriculum and awarding body requirements.

• Teach and support learners across relevant Business qualifications.

• Assess learner progress and provide constructive feedback and support.

• Maintain accurate learner records and ensure compliance with college and awarding body requirements.

• Support learners with their academic development and progression.

• Contribute to curriculum planning, development and quality improvement.

• Deliver engaging and inclusive lessons that meet the needs of a diverse range of learners.

👤 About You

We're looking for someone who has:

• Relevant Business industry experience or subject expertise.

• Experience teaching or lecturing Business qualifications.

• Strong classroom management and teaching skills.

• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

• A passion for education and supporting learners to achieve their potential.

• The ability to deliver engaging and inclusive lessons.

• A relevant Business-related degree or teaching qualification would be advantageous.
