We're currently recruiting for an Outreach Support Worker to join a dedicated team supporting individuals across the East Surrey area.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently, building meaningful relationships and making a genuine difference to people's lives. π
π THE ROLE
You'll provide practical and emotional support to individuals in the community, helping them maintain their independence, access services and achieve their personal goals.
β¨ Key Responsibilities:
- π€ Providing high-quality, person-centred outreach support
- π‘ Supporting individuals with daily living and community activities
- πͺ Encouraging independence, confidence and wellbeing
- π¬ Building positive and professional relationships
- π Supporting access to appointments, activities and community services
- π Maintaining accurate records and documentation
- π₯ Working alongside colleagues and other professionals
- π‘οΈ Following safeguarding, health & safety and organisational procedures
β° WORKING HOURS
37.5 hours per week, including two early-morning outreach shifts:

Tuesday: 5:00am - 1:00pm

Friday: 5:00am - 1:00pm
Additional hours will make up the 37.5-hour working week.
β ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
βοΈ Previous experience in support work, care or outreach
βοΈ Full UK driving licence - essential π
βοΈ Caring, patient and person-centred approach
βοΈ Excellent communication skills
βοΈ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
βοΈ Reliable and flexible
βοΈ Commitment to safeguarding and supporting vulnerable individuals
