About the Role / Job Summary:
We are seeking a Finance Operations Leader who will play a pivotal role in financial management and operational strategies. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to the sustainable development of the organisation while ensuring effective financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the finance operations team in delivering accurate financial reporting and analysis.
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and organisational standards.
- Provide strategic financial insights to senior management for decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in finance operations or a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Professional finance certification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA) is preferred.
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance operations or financial management.
- Experience in the public sector or non-profit organisations is an advantage.
