Our client

Morgan Hunt is working with a charity who offers both residential and day support services to individuals experiencing homelessness or facing housing challenges. They provide a safe and supportive environment where people can build their skills, foster independence and create positive change in their lives. This is a temporary role until December, working 37 hours per week, Monday - Friday and is to start as soon as possible.




The role

As a Hub Service Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing service delivery, ensuring that clients receive the support they need to achieve stability and independence. This position is crucial in fostering a supportive environment that promotes personal growth and resilience amongst those accessing the service.

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the hub, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
• Lead and support a team of staff and volunteers in providing holistic support to clients.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve service efficiency and client outcomes.
• Conduct regular assessments and evaluations of client needs and program effectiveness.
• Collaborate with external agencies and stakeholders to enhance service provision.
• Maintain accurate records and reports in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Promote a trauma - informed approach in all interactions with clients.

The candidate

• Experience of managing services within social care, housing support, or a related field.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of safeguarding practices and relevant legislation.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
• The ability to work in a fast paced, demanding environments with changing priorities.
• An Enhanced DBS on the update service or the willingness to complete a new one.
