RE: Chef de Partie - Central London

Morgan Hunt currently require a Chef for NHS based in Central London

Pay Rate: £20ph Ltd Weekdays/ £26ph Ltd Sat and £30ph Ltd Sun

Hours: 37.5 hrs 09:00am to 17:00pm Mon to Fri - with some weekend shifts available

Location: Central London

Duration 3 months on going contract

Enhanced DBS required or willing to undertake DBS check

Duties include:

Preparing and cooking a variety of dishes using fresh ingredients, following NHS recipe standards and menu plans. Presenting meals attractively and ensuring proper portion control. Catering for dietary requirements and special diets in liaison with senior chefs. Supporting occasional function and hospitality catering as needed.
