Jobbing Bricklayer

Morgan Hunt are recruiting for a jobbing bricklayer . This role involves performing bricklaying and masonry repairs on various structures, ensuring that all work meets high aesthetic and structural standards. The successful candidate will collaborate with other trades and adhere to health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.


Key Responsibilities:

• Perform bricklaying and masonry repairs on walls, steps, and paving.
• Ensure all work meets aesthetic and structural requirements.
• Collaborate with other trades to identify and rectify defects.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations and organisational policies.

Qualifications:

• Time served bricklayer with relevant experience.
• Proficient in various bricklaying techniques.
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
• Experience in jobbing works is essential.
• Previous work within local authority or public sector environments is preferred.

Education Requirements:

• Relevant vocational training or certification in bricklaying.

Experience Requirements:

• Proven experience in bricklaying.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Driving Licence
• Strong problem-solving skills.
