Project Worker (Female Only)

Pay Rate: £13.20 per hour + Holiday Pay (HP)

Contract: Temporary Ongoing

Hours: Full-time (Shift pattern to be confirmed)

About the Role

We are recruiting for an experienced Female Project Worker to support women with complex needs within a high-dependency supported housing service. You will manage a small caseload of approximately 5 residents, providing intensive, person-centred support to help individuals achieve stability, independence, and positive outcomes.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience supporting vulnerable adults with multiple and complex needs in a supported housing or homelessness setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of approximately 5 female residents.
• Deliver high-quality, person-centred support tailored to individual needs.
• Complete support plans, risk assessments, and regular reviews.
• Support residents with tenancy sustainment, budgeting, benefits, and independent living skills.
• Work with women experiencing multiple disadvantage, including mental health, substance misuse, domestic abuse, or homelessness.
• Liaise with external agencies, healthcare professionals, and local authorities to coordinate support.
• Safeguard vulnerable adults and respond appropriately to risks.
• Maintain accurate case notes and records in line with organisational policies.
• Encourage residents to engage with services and work towards their personal goals.

Essential Requirements

• Previous experience as a Project Worker, Support Worker, Key Worker, Floating Support Worker, or Housing Support Worker.
• Experience supporting vulnerable adults with complex or high-dependency needs.
• Knowledge of safeguarding, risk management, and person-centred support planning.
• Strong communication, organisational, and case management skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a supportive team.
