Service Manager - Supported Housing

Salary: £45,000

A great opportunity to step into a hands-on managerial role within a growing supported housing service.

You'll oversee 3 Support Workers across 3 services:

• 11-bed YP service (18-20) - low-needs homeless, Forest Gate
• 31-bed 18+ service - low to medium needs, Barking Road

This role is all about energy, engagement, and presence. You'll be key to building trust with clients, boosting staff morale, and supporting the day-to-day running of services.

What you'll be doing:

• Leading, motivating, and engaging the staff team
• Supporting clients and creating a positive service culture
• Being hands-on and visible across services
• Stepping in during emergencies when needed (not on rota)

Working pattern:

• Team Leader & Service Manager: Monday-Friday, 9-5

The Service Manager handles reports, commissioners, and compliance, so your focus is where it matters most: people and engagement.
