We're supporting a friendly and welcoming college in Loughborough that's seeking a dedicated Early Years Lecturer to join their team on a temporary ongoing basis, starting immediately.

You'll be teaching Early Years / Childcare courses to learners (typically Level 2 & 3), supporting them to develop the knowledge, practical skills, and confidence needed for careers within early years education. The college offers a supportive, well-resourced environment with a strong focus on learner progression and achievement.

Requirements:

• Recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, Cert Ed, or equivalent)

• Relevant Early Years / Childcare qualification (e.g. Degree, CACHE Level 3 or above)

• Experience teaching Early Years or Childcare in an FE or college setting

• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
