About the Role:

We are currently recruiting for a dedicated Progress Coach to join an innovative college in Guildford. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a positive impact from day one, enabling students to achieve their potential through the pastoral support you provide.

Responsibilities:

• Offer guidance and support to students to help them succeed.
• Work closely with groups of students, coaching them throughout their learning journey.
• Lead classroom personal development sessions across multiple courses.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a pastoral support role, within a college or secondary school.
• Strong communication and mentoring skills.
• Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willing to apply).
• Ability to start immediately.
