Hours: Full-time 36 hours 7.30am to 15.30pm Mon - Fri

Salary: £27,248 per year

You'll be the friendly face residents rely on to keep communal areas clean, safe, and welcoming. From lighting checks to litter picks, you'll take pride in making a visible difference every day.

What you'll do

• Carry out caretaking and cleaning duties across communal areas
• Perform lighting checks and replace bulbs as needed
• Keep bin stores tidy and safe
• Use powered equipment to keep things spotless
• Be a visible, helpful presence for residents and visitors
• Work closely with your team to keep everything running smoothly

What you'll need

• Experience in caretaking or cleaning
• Confidence using powered equipment
• A friendly, can-do attitude and pride in your work
• A Basic DBS check (we'll help with this)
