Are you a qualified Dyslexia Assessor looking to make a real impact in further education?
We're recruiting on behalf of a leading South London college seeking a dedicated full-time Dyslexia Assessor to support learners with specific learning difficulties (SpLD), particularly dyslexia. This is a key role within the Learning Support team, offering either a temporary or permanent contract.

Key Duties:

• Conduct full diagnostic assessments for dyslexia and other SpLDs.

• Provide clear, JCQ-compliant assessment reports and recommendations.

• Advise on and arrange exam access requirements.

• Work collaboratively with teaching and SEN teams to support inclusive learning.

• Monitor and review student progress as part of ongoing support.

Essential Requirements:

• Level 7 qualification in SpLD Assessment and Teaching.

• Current Assessment Practising Certificate (APC).

• Strong working knowledge of JCQ regulations.

• Previous experience in a college or educational setting.

• Enhanced DBS (on the update service or willing to obtain).
