You will play a crucial role in the lives of residents by helping them access safe, suitable, and affordable housing.

This assignment has been deemed inside of IR35.

Ideal candidate should must have the ability:
- To assess and process applications to the Housing Register in line with current legislation and council policies.
- To provide accurate housing advice and support to residents.
- To have a sound knowledge of housing legislation, including the Housing Act 1996 and Homelessness Reduction Act 2017.
- To work collaboratively with internal departments and external partners, maintaining accurate case records using housing systems.
