Housing Solutions Officer

Are you a Housing Solutions Officer looking to work in Kingston, West London?

Morgan Hunt's Public Sector and Government client based in Kingston, West London, is looking to recruit a Housing Solutions officer to help deliver effective housing solutions across London.

You will focus on preventing and resolving housing issues, especially Homelessness Reduction Act 2017, and benefits, and experience with homeless populations.

This assignment has been deemed inside of IR35.

Ideal candidate must have the ability:
- To provide expert housing advice in line with the Homelessness Reduction Act 2017.
- To develop and implement Personal Housing Plans (PHPs).
- To Work closely with partner agencies and landlords to secure housing solutions.
- To make legally sound decisions on homelessness applications.
