Head of People & Culture, 6 month FTC - Charity - London with hybrid working - up to £54,000
This is an exciting opportunity for a Head of HR to join an inspirational charity providing essential services across London. Working as part of the senior management team you will be responsible for developing and delivering their people strategy.
Your key accountabilities will include:-
- Leading and developing the Human Resources team
- Managing complex employee relations issues and supporting the broader HR team
- Developing and improving HR policies and processes
- Managing the recruitment strategy and improving the candidate experience
- Supporting the development and monitoring of the wellbeing strategy
- Optimising the use of their HR system (CIPHR)
- Enhancing and implementing a culture that embraces their values
You should be an experienced Head of HR or senior HR Generalist with a track record of developing and implementing HR strategies. Experience of improving HR policies and processes needs to be combined with strong line management experience and an excellent knowledge of employment law. You must be values driven, have experience of working in an unionised environment and be have a business mindset.
