Mental Health Deputy Manager

I am currently looking for a Deputy Manager to work within a Mental Health Service in North London. Your time will be split over two services within North London and working hours will be Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm.

Are you passionate, experienced and ready to make a difference within the Mental Health Field, this role could be perfect for you. Also, my client is happy to consider applications of candidates who are ready to take the step up to management.

Responsibilities within the Deputy Manager role:

• Organising the shifts throughout the week and offering support to front line staff
• Working closely with the manager to ensure quality standard and increasing service performance
• Providing support to clients in need and monitoring the individual support plans
• Processing referrals and assessments to emergency requests for statutory and non-statutory services
• Ensuring reports, evaluations and client information is recorded
