Location: Bath | Salary: £20,000 - 24,500/year | Hours: 37.5/week | Contract: Permanent

Key Details:

• Work in an 8-bed supported housing project for adults with Autism Spectrum Disorders.
• Support clients to build skills for independent living within two years.
• Participate in an on-call rota (£100/week).

Responsibilities:

• Create and monitor personalised support plans and risk assessments.
• Provide advice, manage benefits, and ensure access to appropriate services.
• Maintain accurate client records and oversee petty cash/rent collection.
• Track referrals and outcomes, collaborating with external agencies.
