Finance Officer - Payables (6-Month Contract)
Location: Eastleigh | £13 hour pay rtae - Full time - 6 month contract

We're looking for a detail-focused Finance Officer to join our Purchase Ledger team for six months. You'll ensure invoices are accurate, payments are timely, and any issues are flagged quickly.

You'll need strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to process high volumes of data accurately. Ideally, you'll be AAT qualified or working towards it.

What You'll Be Doing

• Accurately processing a high volume of invoices in a timely manner

• Ensuring all payments are made promptly and correctly

• Identifying and reporting invoice discrepancies to relevant departments

• Supporting the team in reducing creditor payment times and enhancing performance

• Maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

• Providing excellent customer service and representing Abri with professionalism and care

What You'll Need

• A keen eye for detail and a proactive, solutions-focused attitude

• Ability to manage high-volume data with speed and accuracy

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Experience working in a finance or purchase ledger environment
