Location: Sutton
Pay: £14.00 per hour + holiday pay (£15.69 total) or £19.00 (umbrella)
Assignment: 2-3 months (potential for extension)
About the Role
We have a fantastic opportunity to join a dedicated social care team in Sutton, supporting young individuals aged 16-24 who are transitioning from the care system or facing homelessness. This supported accommodation service provides essential guidance to help young people regain stability and achieve independence.
Key Details
- Shift Pattern: Flexible rota, Monday to Sunday
- Shifts include: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, and 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM
- Duration: Temporary (2-3 months), with a possibility of extension
- Caseload: Supporting and guiding up to six clients, helping them address their individual needs and goals
Responsibilities
- Provide housing management support to maintain a safe and stable living environment
- Offer guidance and signposting to help clients access employment, education, and training opportunities
- Address health and wellbeing concerns by connecting clients with necessary services and resources
