You will play a crucial role in sourcing, negotiating, and acquiring properties to expand our housing portfolio.

This assignment has been deemed inside of IR35.

Ideal candidate should must have the ability:
- To identify and source potential housing acquisition opportunities across London.
- To negotiate purchase terms, agreements, and contracts with property owners and developers.
- To conduct property inspections and assess their suitability for acquisition.
- To liaise with legal teams, surveyors, and other professionals to facilitate smooth transactions.
- To assist with budgeting and cost control for property acquisitions, housing policies, legislation to make informed decisions.
