Counselling Manager
Morgan Hunt are proud to be working with Norfolk and Waveney Mind on their search for a permanent Counselling Manager.
Working in partnership with NSFT, we are seeking an experienced Counselling Manager to lead and oversee a dedicated counselling team.
Delivering high-quality counselling services to the community, you will implement strategic plans and provide clinical supervision to staff, ensuring that the service meets their KPI's and contractual obligations across a broad range of counselling models.
Some Key Responsibilities include:
- Ensuring the Counselling Service operates in a safe, effective and efficient way
- Providing Line Management to Counselling Service Clinical Team Leaders and Supervisors
- To work collaboratively with colleagues within NHS Talking Therapies, and lead and assist in the development of the wider NHS Talking Therapies Service.
We are looking for someone with a relevent professional accreditation such as a Post Graduate in Counselling or alternatively a doctorate level qualification in a related field (Nursing, Psychology)
You should have experience of working in a psychological setting with patients with common mental health disorders.
